Now therefore restore to the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for you, and you shall live: and if you do not restore her, know you that you shall surely die, you, and all that are yours.
And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
Speak now in the ears of the people, and let every man borrow from his neighbor, and every woman from her neighbor, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold.
In the fourteenth day of this month, at evening, you shall keep it in its appointed season: according to all the rites of it, and according to all the ceremonies thereof, shall you keep it.
And they kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month at evening in the wilderness of Sinai: according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.
After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by subtlety, and put him to death.
And when he had seized him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four groups of four soldiers to keep him; intending after the passover to bring him out to the people.
