Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun:

For all this I considered in my heart even to declare all this, that the righteous, and the wise, and their works, are in the hand of God: no man knows either love or hatred from all that is before them.

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor devising, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, to which you go.

For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and does not return there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he comes and rains righteousness upon you.

But this I say, He who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly; and he who sows abundantly shall also reap abundantly.

Preach the word; be on duty in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and teaching.
