Namely, Bezer in the wilderness, in the plain country, of the Reubenites; and Ramoth in Gilead, of the Gadites; and Golan in Bashan, of the Manassites.

The son of Geber, in Ramoth-gilead; his responsibility was the towns of Jair the son of Manasseh, which are in Gilead; he was also assigned the region of Argob, which is in Bashan, sixty great cities with walls and brass bars:

To the sons of Merari were given by lot, throughout their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

And the remainder of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their territory out of the tribe of Ephraim.

To the sons of Gershom were given out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with her open country, and Ashtaroth with her open country:

And out of the tribe of Gad; Ramoth in Gilead with her open country, and Mahanaim with her open country,

And on the other side of the Jordan by Jericho eastward, they assigned Bezer in the wilderness upon the plain out of the tribe of Reuben, and Ramoth in Gilead out of the tribe of Gad, and Golan in Bashan out of the tribe of Manasseh.

And unto the children of Gershon, of the families of the Levites, out of the other half tribe of Manasseh they gave Golan in Bashan with her open country, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Beesh-terah with her open country; two cities.

And out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer with her open country, and Jahazah with her open country,

And out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with her open country, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Mahanaim with her open country,
