His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of the wild ox: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.

God brought them out of Egypt; he has strength like the strength of a wild ox.

These are the families of Manasseh, and those that were numbered of them, fifty two thousand seven hundred.

These are the families of the sons of Ephraim according to those that were numbered of them, thirty two thousand five hundred. These are the sons of Joseph according to their families.

And the children of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying, Why have you given me but one lot and one portion to inherit, seeing I am a great people, considering that the LORD has blessed me until now?

But the mountain shall be yours; for it is a forest, and you shall cut it down: and the borders of it shall be yours: for you shall drive out the Canaanites, though they have iron chariots, and though they be strong.

And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoices in the LORD, my horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over my enemies; because I rejoice in your salvation.
