Remember what the LORD your God did to Miriam on the way, after you had come forth out of Egypt.

And there were four leprous men at the entrance of the gate: and they said one to another, Why are we sitting here until we die?

Command the children of Israel, that they put out of the camp every leper, and every one that has a discharge, and whoever is defiled by the dead:

Remember Lot’s wife.

Now all these things happened to them as examples: and they are written for our instruction, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

Now these things were our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
