Neither yield your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin: but yield yourselves to God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.

But he that is joined to the Lord is one spirit.

You shall fear the LORD your God; him shall you serve, and to him shall you cling, and swear by his name.

Therefore you shall love the LORD your God, and obey his instruction, and his statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments, always.

That you may love the LORD your God, and that you may obey his voice, and that you may cling to him: for he is your life, and the length of your days: that you may dwell in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

You shall fear the LORD your God, and serve him, and shall swear by his name.

And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.

That you might walk worthy of the Lord for all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

And this is love, that we walk according to his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it.

And Samuel spoke to all the house of Israel, saying, If you do return to the LORD with all your hearts, then put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts unto the LORD, and serve him only: and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.
