And the LORD said to Moses, Take Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay your hand upon him;

And you shall bring the Levites before the LORD: and the children of Israel shall put their hands upon the Levites:

And pleaded with him urgently, saying, My little daughter lies at the point of death: I pray you, come and lay your hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.

And they prayed, and said, You, Lord, who know the hearts of all men, show which of these two you have chosen,

And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.

And when Paul had laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them; and they spoke with tongues, and prophesied.

And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel listened to him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.

Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the elders.

Lay hands suddenly on no one, neither be a sharer of other men’s sins: keep yourself pure.

Therefore I am reminding you that you stir up the gift of God, which is in you by the laying on of my hands.

Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
