And the king of Israel sent to the place which the man of God told him and warned him of, and saved himself there, not once nor twice.

A prudent man foresees the evil, and hides himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.

Then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet, and does not take warning; if the sword comes, and takes him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.

But after a long abstinence from food Paul stood up in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, you should have listened to me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have incurred this harm and loss.

By faith Noah, being warned by God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household; by which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Behold also the ships, which though they are so large, and are driven by fierce winds, yet are they guided with a very small rudder, wherever the pilot chooses.

For in one hour such great riches has come to nothing. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
