You that fear the LORD, praise him; all you the descendents of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all you the people of Israel.

All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before you.

But when the multitudes saw it, they marveled, and glorified God, who had given such power to men.

In the meantime, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, to the extent that that they trod one upon another, he began to say to his disciples first of all, Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.

Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone: but if it dies, it brings forth much fruit.

When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then has God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.

And certain men who came down from Judea taught the believers, and said, Unless you are circumcised after the manner of Moses, you cannot be saved.

Seeing that we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, You must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees who believed, saying, That it was necessary to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.

Then those who gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added to them about three thousand souls.

I am truly a man who am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as you all are this day.

So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding no way to punish them, because of the people: for everyone glorified God for that which was done.

However many of those who heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.

And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem; and a large number of the priests were obedient to the faith.

For I bear them record that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.

And advanced in the Jews’ religion above many of my equals in my own nation, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.

And they glorified God because of me.

When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all those who believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.
