Then I told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king’s words that he had spoken to me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work.
Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and deeds of mercy which she did.
If a person therefore cleanses himself from these, he shall be a vessel for honor, sanctified, and fit for the master’s use, and prepared for every good work.
Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
