And the king stood by a pillar, and made a covenant before the LORD, to walk after the LORD, and to keep his commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all their heart and all their soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people stood to the covenant.

Now it is in my heart to make a covenant with the LORD God of Israel, that his fierce anger may turn away from us.

Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and those that are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law.

Now those that sealed were, Nehemiah, the governor, the son of Hachaliah, and Zidkijah,

Also I shook my garment, and said, So God shake out every man from his house, and from his labor, that does not fulfill this promise, even thus may he be shaken out, and emptied. And all the congregation said, Amen, and praised the LORD. And the people did according to this promise.

And because of all this we make a sure covenant, and write it; and our princes, Levites, and priests, set their seal on it.

And Moses came and told the people all the words of the LORD, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which the LORD has said will we do.

I counsel you to keep the king’s commandment, and that because of the oath of God.

And you had now turned, and had done right in my sight, in proclaiming liberty every man to his neighbor; and you had made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name:

This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, after the king Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people which were at Jerusalem, to proclaim liberty to them;

And you shall swear, The LORD lives, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.

They shall ask the way to Zion with their faces towards it, saying, Come, and let us join ourselves to the LORD in a perpetual covenant that shall not be forgotten.

And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God require of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul,

And it shall come to pass, if you shall listen diligently to my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,

You shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and you shall serve him, and cling to him.

These are the words of the covenant which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, besides the covenant which he made with them in Horeb.

These are the testimonies, and the statutes, and the judgments, which Moses spoke to the children of Israel, after they came forth out of Egypt,

Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that you might do them in the land to which you go to possess it:

And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.

And it shall be, if you do at all forget the LORD your God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that you shall surely perish.

And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaks better things than that of Abel.

Now may the God of peace, who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
