In the morning sow your seed, and in the evening withhold not your hand: for you know not which shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.
Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your lap. For with the same measure that you use it shall be measured to you again.
Now may he who ministers seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)
Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they should go on ahead to you, and prepare beforehand your generosity, of which you had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of generosity, and not as of compulsion.
And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed beforehand by God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years later, cannot cancel, that it should make the promise of no effect.
For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love, which you have shown toward his name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
