If anyone inquires about Titus, he is my partner and fellow worker for you: or if our brethren are inquired about, they are the messengers of the churches, and the glory of Christ.
And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, Fear not; from now on you shall catch men.
And they signaled to their partners, who were in the other boat, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.
I desired Titus to go, and with him I sent a brother. Did Titus get a gain from you? Did we not walk in the same spirit? Did we not walk in the same steps?
And not only that, but who was also chosen by the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord, and as a declaration of your ready mind:
And we have sent with them our brother, whom we have many times proved diligent in many things, but now much more diligent, because of the great confidence which I have in you.
Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labor, and fellow soldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my needs.
And I appeal to you also, true yoke fellow, help those women which labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with my other fellow laborers, whose names are in the book of life.
But even after we had suffered before, and were shamefully treated, as you know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak to you the gospel of God with much opposition.
