Moreover in Jerusalem did Jehoshaphat appoint of the Levites, and of the priests, and of the chief of the fathers of Israel, for the judgment of the LORD, and for controversies, when they returned to Jerusalem.
And said to the Levites that taught all Israel, which were holy unto the LORD, Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel built; it shall not be a burden upon your shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel,
Also Jeshua, and Bani, and Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodijah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law: and the people stood in their place.
But when they persecute you in this city, flee into another: for truly I say to you, You shall not have gone through all the cities of Israel, till the Son of man has come.
And after the reading of the law and the prophets the rulers of the synagogue sent to them, saying, You men and kindred, if you have any word of exhortation for the people, say on.
And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he presented and testified of the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening.
If anyone speaks, let him speak like a messenger of God; if anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God gives: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
