Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall grow old like a garment, and those who dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.
No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from me, says the LORD.
And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.
But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
Truly, truly, I say to you, He who hears my word, and believes in him who sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but has passed from death to life.
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
But rejoice, to the extent that you are sharers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, you may be glad also with exceeding joy.
The elders who are among you I urge, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:
According as his divine power has given to us all things that concern life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who has called us to glory and virtue:
Beloved, now are we the children of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
