And it was a hand breadth thick, and the brim thereof was made like the brim of a cup, with flowers of lilies: it contained a volume of two thousand baths.
Then made he ten lavers of brass: one laver contained forty baths of water: and every laver was four cubits: and upon every one of the ten bases one laver.
And king Ahaz cut off the borders of the bases, and removed the laver off of them; and took down the sea off of the brass oxen that were under it, and put it upon a pavement of stones.
And the pillars of brass that were in the house of the LORD, and the bases, and the brass sea that was in the house of the LORD, did the Chaldees break in pieces, and carried the brass of them to Babylon.

The two pillars, one sea, and twelve brass bulls that were under the bases, which king Solomon had made in the house of the LORD: the brass of all these vessels was without weight.
