And he said, God forbid that I should do so: but the man in whose hand the cup is found, he shall be my servant; and as for you, go up in peace to your father.
And said, My God forbid it to me, that I should do this thing: shall I drink the blood of these men that have put their lives in jeopardy? for with the jeopardy of their lives they brought it. Therefore he would not drink it. These things did these three mightiest.

Neither shall the inheritance remove from one tribe to another tribe; but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance.
God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That you might be justified in your sayings, and might overcome when you are judged.
Was then that which is good made death to me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear to be sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceedingly sinful.
What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. No, I would not have known sin, except by the law: for I would not have known lust, unless the law had said, You shall not covet.
Do you not know that your bodies are the members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of a harlot? God forbid.
God forbid that we should rebel against the LORD, and turn this day from following the LORD, to build an altar for burnt offerings, for food offerings, or for sacrifices, besides the altar of the LORD our God that is before his tabernacle.
And he said to his men, The LORD forbid that I should do this thing to my master, the LORD’S anointed, to stretch out my hand against him, seeing he is the anointed of the LORD.
