Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whoever is deceived thereby is not wise.

Woe to those who are mighty to drink wine, and men with strength to mix strong drink:

Behold, they shall surely assemble together, but not by me: whoever shall assemble together against you shall fall for your sake.

Whoredom and wine and new wine take away the heart.

Therefore now shall they go captive with the first who go captive, and the banquet of those who stretched themselves out shall be removed.
