And it shall be, that you shall drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.

And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.

And he came there to a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and he said to him, What are you doing here, Elijah?

And the children of Israel went away, and did as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and do not rely on your own understanding.

Then said Jesus to his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

You are my friends, if you do whatever I command you.
