While he yet spoke, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
And when all things shall be subjected to him, then shall the Son also himself be subject to him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
Do you look on things according to the outward appearance? If anyone trusts to himself that he is Christ’s, let him think this again to himself, that, as he is Christ’s, even so are we Christ’s.
