She has sent out her maidens, she calls From the tops of the heights of the city:
She sits at the doorway of her house, On a seat by the high places of the city,
¶The Lord gives the word; The women who proclaim the good news are a great host:
And how will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who proclaim good news of good things!”
Jesus answered him, “I have spoken openly to the world; I always taught in synagogues and in the temple, where all the Jews come together; and I spoke nothing in secret.
Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.
And at the dinner hour he sent his slave to say to those who had been invited, ‘Come, for everything is ready now.’
For this reason also the wisdom of God said, ‘I will send to them prophets and apostles, and some of them they will kill and some they will persecute,
Go therefore to the main highways, and as many as you find there, call to the wedding feast.’
“Whoever is simple, let him turn in here,” And to him who lacks a heart of wisdom she says,
