Numbers 11:31

Now there went forth a wind from Yahweh, and it brought quail from the sea, and let them fall beside the camp, about a day’s journey on this side and a day’s journey on the other side, all around the camp and about two cubits over the surface of the ground.

So He gave them their request, But sent a wasting disease against their lives.

The One who causes the clouds to ascend from the end of the earth; Who makes lightnings for the rain, Who brings forth the wind from His storehouses.

So Moses stretched out his staff over the land of Egypt, and Yahweh directed an east wind on the land all that day and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.

So Yahweh changed the wind to a very strong west wind which took up the locusts and drove them into the Red Sea; not one locust remained in all the territory of Egypt.

“You blew with Your wind, the sea covered them; They sank like lead in the mighty waters.

So it happened at evening that the quails came up and covered the camp, and in the morning there was a layer of dew around the camp.

Then Moses returned to the camp, both he and the elders of Israel.
