Then Ezra blessed Yahweh the great God. And all the people answered, “Amen, Amen!” while lifting up their hands; then they bowed low and worshiped Yahweh with their faces to the ground.

Therefore I want the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and dissension.

We lift up our heart to our hands Toward God in heaven;

So the people believed; and they heard that Yahweh cared about the sons of Israel and that He had seen their affliction. So they bowed low and worshiped.

that you shall say, ‘It is a Passover sacrifice to Yahweh who passed over the houses of the sons of Israel in Egypt when He smote the Egyptians, but delivered our homes.’ ” And the people bowed low and worshiped.

‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’]

and the prophet Jeremiah said, “Amen! May Yahweh do so; may Yahweh establish your words which you have prophesied to return the vessels of the house of Yahweh and all the exiles, from Babylon to this place.

May my prayer be established as incense before You; The lifting up of my hands as the evening offering.

Thus I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.

¶Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Israel, From everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen.

Hear the voice of my supplications when I cry to You for help, When I lift up my hands toward Your holy sanctuary.

Moreover, King Hezekiah and the officials ordered the Levites to sing praises to Yahweh with the words of David and Asaph the seer. So they sang praises with gladness, and bowed down and worshiped.

And he said, “Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Israel, who spoke with His mouth to my father David and has fulfilled it by His hands, saying,

Then Abram said to the king of Sodom, “I have raised my hand to Yahweh God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth,

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, the Levites, were providing understanding of the law to the people while the people stood in their place.

So David blessed Yahweh in the sight of all the assembly; and David said, “Blessed are You, O Yahweh, the God of Israel our father, from everlasting to everlasting.

Now it is in my heart to cut a covenant with Yahweh, the God of Israel, that His burning anger may turn away from us.

For Yahweh is a great God And a great King above all gods,
