whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time.

Only they asked us to remember the poor—the very thing I also was eager to do.

For the needy will never cease to be in the land; therefore I am commanding you, saying, ‘You shall freely open your hand to your brother, to your afflicted and needy in your land.’

But whoever has the world’s goods, and sees his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him?
