So the crowd marveled as they saw the mute speaking, the crippled restored, and the lame walking, and the blind seeing; and they glorified the God of Israel.

And large crowds came to Him, bringing with them those who were lame, crippled, blind, mute, and many others, and they laid them down at His feet; and He healed them.

“And if your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; it is better for you to enter life crippled or lame, than, having two hands or two feet, to be cast into the eternal fire.

And the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He healed them.

Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled and said to those who were following, “Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel.

Now as they were going out, behold, a mute, demon-possessed man was brought to Him.

And after the demon was cast out, the mute man spoke; and the crowds marveled, saying, “Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel.”

But when the crowds saw this, they were afraid, and glorified God, who had given such authority to men.

And he got up and immediately picked up the mat and went out before everyone, so that they were all amazed and were glorifying God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this.”

And they were utterly astonished, saying, “He has done all things well; He makes even the deaf to hear and the mute to speak.”

And if your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life crippled, than, having your two hands, to go into hell, into the unquenchable fire,

But when you give a reception, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind,

And when the slave came back, he reported these things to his master. Then the head of the household became angry and said to his slave, ‘Go out at once into the streets and lanes of the city and bring in here the poor and crippled and blind and lame.’

Immediately he regained his sight and began following Him, glorifying God. And when all the people saw it, they gave praise to God.

And fear gripped them all, and they began glorifying God, saying, “A great prophet has arisen among us!” and, “God has visited His people!”

Therefore, a second time they called the man who had been blind, and said to him, “Give glory to God; we know that this man is a sinner.”
