For John had been saying to Herod, “It is not lawful for you to have your brother’s wife.”

But Micaiah said, “As Yahweh lives, what Yahweh says to me, that I shall speak.”

You shall not uncover the nakedness of your brother’s wife; it is your brother’s nakedness.

If there is a man who takes his brother’s wife, it is an impure act; he has uncovered his brother’s nakedness. They will be childless.

And they spat on Him, and took the reed and began to beat Him on the head.
