Do not acquire gold, or silver, or copper for your money belts,

Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, in Your name did we not prophesy, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name do many miracles?’

She has done what she could; she anointed My body beforehand for the burial.

And these signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues;

And Pilate also wrote an inscription and put it on the cross. It was written, “JESUS THE NAZARENE, THE KING OF THE JEWS.”

You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

And she continued doing this for many days. But being greatly annoyed, Paul turned and said to the spirit, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to leave her!” And it left at that very moment.

“Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God did through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know—

Therefore let all the house of Israel know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ—this Jesus whom you crucified.”

And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and know; and the faith which is through Him has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all.

And he began to give them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.

And seizing him by the right hand, he raised him up; and immediately his feet and his ankles were strengthened.

let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead—by this name this man stands here before you in good health.

And when they had placed them in their midst, they began to inquire, “By what power, or in what name, have you done this?”

And Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you. Rise up and make your bed.” Immediately he rose up.

To this present hour we hunger and thirst, and are poorly clothed, and roughly treated, and homeless;

as sorrowful but always rejoicing, as poor but making many rich, as having nothing and yet possessing all things.

For if the readiness is present, it is acceptable according to what a person has, not according to what he does not have.

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though being rich, yet for your sake He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich.

Listen, my beloved brothers: did not God choose the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?

As each one has received a gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God—
