and are proclaiming customs that are not lawful for us to accept or to observe, being Romans.”

But the Jews, becoming jealous, taking along some wicked men from the marketplace, and forming a mob, set the city in an uproar. And attacking the house of Jason, they were seeking to bring them out to the assembly.

And they disturbed the crowd and the city authorities who heard these things.

And in the same way, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way?

For such is the will of God that by doing good you may silence the ignorance of foolish men.
