In those days Hezekiah became sick to the point of death; and he prayed to Yahweh, and Yahweh spoke to him and gave him a miraculous sign.

then listen from heaven, from Your dwelling place, and do according to all for which the foreigner calls to You, in order that all the peoples of the earth may know Your name even to fear You, as do Your people Israel, and to know that Your name is called upon this house which I have built.

May my prayer be established as incense before You; The lifting up of my hands as the evening offering.

May He remember all your meal offerings And find your burnt offering acceptable! Selah.

“Bring Me to remembrance, let us enter into judgment together; Recount your cause, that you may be proved right.

“I have not spoken in secret, In some dark land; I did not say to the seed of Jacob, ‘Seek Me in a formless place’; I, Yahweh, speak righteousness, Declaring things that are upright.

And he said to me, “O Daniel, man of high esteem, understand the words that I am about to speak to you and stand upright, for I have now been sent to you.” And when he had spoken this word to me, I stood up trembling.

He shall then bring it to Aaron’s sons the priests; and he shall take from it his handful of its fine flour and of its oil with all of its frankincense. And the priest shall offer it up in smoke as its memorial portion on the altar, an offering by fire of a soothing aroma to Yahweh.

Then those who feared Yahweh spoke to one another, and Yahweh gave heed and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear Yahweh and who think upon His name.

Truly I say to you, wherever this gospel is proclaimed in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be spoken of in memory of her.”

But she was very perplexed at this statement, and was pondering what kind of greeting this was.

and when the women were terrified and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, “Why do you seek the living One among the dead?

and he *said, ‘Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and your alms have been remembered before God.

This man listened to Paul as he spoke, who, when he fixed his gaze on him and saw that he had faith to be saved from being lame,

And I said, ‘What should I do, Lord?’ And the Lord said to me, ‘Rise up and go on into Damascus, and there you will be told of all that has been determined for you to do.’

But when Peter, along with John, fixed his gaze on him, he said, “Look at us!”

But I have received everything in full and have an abundance; I have been filled, having received from Epaphroditus what you have sent, a fragrant aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

And do not neglect doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.

For God is not unrighteous so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, in having ministered and continuing to minister to the saints.

And the smoke of the incense went up with the prayers of the saints, out of the angel’s hand, before God.

Then Yahweh came and stood and called as at other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel said, “Speak, for Your slave is listening.”
