‘Take from among you a contribution to Yahweh; whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it as a contribution to Yahweh: gold, silver, and bronze,

And they received from Moses the entire contribution which the sons of Israel had brought to do the work in the service of the sanctuary. And they still continued bringing to him freewill offerings every morning.

If, therefore, a man wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he shall add to it one-fifth of it.

For they all put in their gifts out of their abundance; but she, out of what she lacked, put in all that she had for living.”
