So all Israel went down to the Philistines, each to sharpen his plowshare, his mattock, his axe, and his goad.
And in the cities of Manasseh, Ephraim, Simeon, even as far as Naphtali, in their surrounding ruins,
Iron sharpens iron, So one man sharpens another.
If I sharpen My flashing sword, And My hand takes hold on judgment, I will render vengeance on My adversaries, And I will repay those who hate Me.
