But Yahweh said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not believe Me, to treat Me as holy in the sight of the sons of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.”

for in the wilderness of Zin, during the strife of the congregation, you rebelled against My command to treat Me as holy before their eyes at the water.” (These are the waters of Meribah of Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.)

Let your words always be with grace, seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should answer each person.

in the hope of eternal life, which the God who cannot lie promised from all eternity,

but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house—whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope.

Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,

And if you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your sojourn,

as they observe your pure conduct with fear.

but let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible quality of a lowly and quiet spirit, which is precious in the sight of God.

So now, take your stand, that I may judge you before Yahweh concerning all the righteous acts of Yahweh which He did for you and your fathers.
