The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: Thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: Forsake not the works of thine own hands.

Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, That thou shouldest despise the work of thine hands, And shine upon the counsel of the wicked?

Thine hands have made me and fashioned me Together round about; yet thou dost destroy me.

For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
