My son, be wise, and make my heart glad, That I may answer him that reproacheth me.
The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son maketh a glad father: But a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.
So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: For I trust in thy word.
