Better is little with the fear of the LORD Than great treasure and trouble therewith.
Better is a little with righteousness Than great revenues without right.
A little that a righteous man hath is better Than the riches of many wicked.
But godliness with contentment is great gain.
Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, Than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich.
The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, And he addeth no sorrow with it.
All the days of the afflicted are evil: But he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.
Better is an handful with quietness, than both the hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.
Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, Than an house full of sacrifices with strife.
