I have seen the foolish taking root: But suddenly I cursed his habitation.
For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, And let no man dwell therein: and His bishoprick let another take.
When the wicked spring as the grass, And when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; It is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
Let their habitation be desolate; And let none dwell in their tents.
For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, When God taketh away his soul?
He is swift as the waters; Their portion is cursed in the earth: He beholdeth not the way of the vineyards.
Neither have I suffered my mouth to sin By wishing a curse to his soul.
For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; And they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.
