The eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, Saying, No eye shall see me: And disguiseth his face.

For thou didst it secretly: but I will do this thing before all Israel, and before the sun.

If mine heart have been deceived by a woman, Or if I have laid wait at my neighbour's door;

He hath said in his heart, God hath forgotten: He hideth his face; he will never see it.

When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, And hast been partaker with adulterers.

And they say, How doth God know? And is there knowledge in the most High?

Then said he unto me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceeding great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The LORD hath forsaken the earth, and the LORD seeth not.
