But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? And what his soul desireth, even that he doeth.

Thou knowest that I am not wicked; And there is none that can deliver out of thine hand.

and all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
