He shall be driven from light into darkness, And chased out of the world.

A land of darkness, as darkness itself; And of the shadow of death, without any order, And where the light is as darkness.

If iniquity be in thine hand, put it far away, And let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles.

Terrors shall make him afraid on every side, And shall drive him to his feet.

All darkness shall be hid in his secret places: A fire not blown shall consume him; It shall go ill with him that is left in his tabernacle.

He shall fly away as a dream, and shall not be found: Yea, he shall be chased away as a vision of the night.

He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord's house.

The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles' feathers, and his nails like birds' claws.

and he was driven from the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses: they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.

raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

He will keep the feet of his saints, And the wicked shall be silent in darkness; For by strength shall no man prevail.
