that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.

and he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him;

Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom.

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.

And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; And plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.

Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.

In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;

who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

that their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

to whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

and that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

To give knowledge of salvation unto his people By the remission of their sins,

As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water.

I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.

These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

to the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

And he prayed unto the LORD, and said, I pray thee, O LORD, was not this my saying, when I was yet in my country? Therefore I fled before unto Tarshish: for I knew that thou art a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repentest thee of the evil.

But there is forgiveness with thee, That thou mayest be feared.

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;

which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
