then the LORD will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.
For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim:
And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem.
The kings of the earth, And all the inhabitants of the world, would not have believed That the adversary and the enemy should have entered Into the gates of Jerusalem.
Is it nothing to you, All ye that pass by? Behold, and see if there be any sorrow Like unto my sorrow, which is done unto me, Wherewith the LORD hath afflicted Me in the day of his fierce anger.
Her filthiness is in her skirts; She remembereth not her last end; Therefore she came down wonderfully: She had no comforter. O LORD, behold my affliction: For the enemy hath magnified himself.
For a fire is kindled in mine anger, And shall burn unto the lowest hell, And shall consume the earth with her increase, And set on fire the foundations of the mountains.
