and they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise their children, neither to walk after the customs.

And when it was day, certain of the Jews banded together, and bound themselves under a curse, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul.

And the Jews also assented, saying that these things were so.

Then the high priest and the chief of the Jews informed him against Paul, and besought him,

And when he was come, the Jews which came down from Jerusalem stood round about, and laid many and grievous complaints against Paul, which they could not prove.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

And after that many days were fulfilled, the Jews took counsel to kill him:

even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.

And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.

Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

but that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
