But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,)

When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesare´a Phil´ippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I, the Son of man, am?

I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house.

whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk?

Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
