And I asked her, and said, Whose daughter art thou? And she said, The daughter of Bethu´el, Nahor's son, whom Milcah bare unto him: and I put the earring upon her face, and the bracelets upon her hands.
Thou hast also taken thy fair jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given thee, and madest to thyself images of men, and didst commit whoredom with them,
And a voice of a multitude being at ease was with her: and with the men of the common sort were brought Sabe´ans from the wilderness, which put bracelets upon their hands, and beautiful crowns upon their heads.
And I will visit upon her the days of Ba´alim, wherein she burned incense to them, and she decked herself with her earrings and her jewels, and she went after her lovers, and forgat me, saith the Lord.
