And take thou unto thee Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office, even Aaron, Nadab and Abi´hu, Ele-a´zar and Ith´amar, Aaron's sons.
And Moses spake unto Aaron, and unto Ele-a´zar and unto Ith´amar, his sons that were left, Take the meat offering that remaineth of the offerings of the Lord made by fire, and eat it without leaven beside the altar: for it is most holy.
And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Ele-a´zar and unto Ith´amar, his sons, Uncover not your heads, neither rend your clothes; lest ye die, and lest wrath come upon all the people: but let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which the Lord hath kindled.
And on the east side toward the rising of the sun shall they of the standard of the camp of Judah pitch throughout their armies: and Nahshon the son of Ammin´adab shall be captain of the children of Judah.
And Moses stripped Aaron of his garments, and put them upon Ele-a´zar his son; and Aaron died there in the top of the mount: and Moses and Ele-a´zar came down from the mount.
There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest named Zechari´ah, of the course of Abi´jah: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
