And Jeho´ash did that which was right in the sight of the Lord all his days wherein Jehoi´ada the priest instructed him.
In the seventh year of Jehu, Jeho´ash began to reign; and forty years reigned he in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Zibi´ah of Beer–sheba.
But the high places were not taken away: the people still sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places.
Then king Jeho´ash called for Jehoi´ada the priest, and the other priests, and said unto them, Why repair ye not the breaches of the house? now therefore receive no more money of your acquaintance, but deliver it for the breaches of the house.
And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, yet not like David his father: he did according to all things as Jo´ash his father did.
And Jo´ash did that which was right in the sight of the Lord all the days of Jehoi´ada the priest.
And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, but not with a perfect heart.
And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father Amazi´ah did.
