And of the Danites expert in war twenty and eight thousand and six hundred.

And the sons of Dan; Hushim.

Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward.

And of Naph´tali a thousand captains, and with them with shield and spear thirty and seven thousand.

And of Asher, such as went forth to battle, expert in war, forty thousand.

and Bakbak´kar, Heresh, and Galal, and Mattani´ah the son of Micah, the son of Zichri, the son of Asaph;

And of Dan he said, Dan is a lion's whelp: he shall leap from Bashan.
