King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

I have cut off nations; their towers are ruined. I made their streets waste, so that none passes by. Their cities are laid waste, that there is not a man, from there being not one living there.

This is the counsel that is counselled on all the earth; and this the hand that is stretched out on all the nations.

And the Angel of Jehovah went out and struck a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the camp of Assyria. And they rose early in the morning; and, behold! They were all corpses who died.

And I said, Until when, O Lord? And He said, Until cities lie desolate without one living in them, and the houses without man, and the land is laid waste, a desolation;

Who is the wise man that can understand this? And he to whom the mouth of Jehovah has spoken, that he may declare it? Why does the land perish? It is burned up like the wilderness, so that no one passes through.

And I shall give your cities to be a waste, and I shall make your sanctuaries desolate; and I shall not smell your soothing fragrances.

Woe to those living on the seacoast, the nation of the Cherethites! The Word of Jehovah is against you, Canaan, the land of the Philistines; I will cause you to perish, so as not one shall be living in it.

But I stormed them away on all the nations whom they did not know. And the land is desolated behind them, from passing and from turning back; for they made the land of desire a waste.

Behold, “your house is left to you desolate.” Jer. 22:5

And all these things happened to those people as examples, and it was written for our admonition, on whom the ends of the ages have come.

But these things became examples for us, so that we may not be lusters after bad things, even as those indeed lusted.

Behold, I have caused to fall to you these nations that are left to be an inheritance for your tribes, from Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, as far as the Great Sea, toward the going of the sun.
