I sleep, but my heart is waking. It is the sound of my Beloved that knocks, saying, Open to Me, My sister, My love, My dove, My undefiled. For My head is filled with dew, My locks with the drops of the night.

His head is like refined gold; His locks are wavy and black as a raven.

I opened to my Beloved, but my Beloved had withdrawn; He passed on. My soul went out when He spoke; I sought Him, but I could not find Him. I called Him, but He did not answer me.

But My dove, My perfect one is one alone. She is the only one to her mother; she is pure to the one who bore her. The daughters saw her and called her blessed; the queens and the concubines saw her, and they praised her.

and your palate like the best wine going down for my Beloved for uprightness, flowing softly over the lips of sleeping ones.

Many waters cannot quench love, and the rivers will not overflow it. If a man would give all the wealth of his house for love, despising they would despise him.

I gave My back to strikers, and My cheeks to pluckers; I did not hide My face from shame and spitting.

Just as many were astonished over You, so much was the disfigurement from man, His appearance and His form from sons of mankind.

And as he was speaking with me, I was stunned and on my face toward the ground. But he touched me and made me stand on my place.

And rising up quite early in the night, He went out and went away into a deserted place. And He was praying there.

And coming to be in agony, He prayed more intently. And His sweat came to be as drops of blood falling down onto the earth.

And it happned in these days, He went out into the mountain to pray. And He was in prayer of God through the night.

But Peter and the ones with him were weighed down with sleep. But fully awakening, they saw His glory, and the two men standing with Him.

And when he puts forth his own sheep, he goes on in front of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice.

I have been crucified with Christ, and I live; yet no longer I, but Christ lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live in faith in the Son of God, the One loving me and giving Himself over on my behalf.

Therefore He says, “Rise up, the one sleeping, and stand up out of the dead ones, and Christ will shine on you.” No O. T. passage

These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones following the Lamb wherever He may go. These were redeemed from among men as a firstfruit to God and to the Lamb.

Behold, I stand at the door and am knocking. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will enter to him, and I will dine with him, and he with Me.

You also have a few names in Sardis which did not defile their garments, and they shall walk with Me in white because they are worthy.
