even as it is written, “I have appointed you a father of many nations”; before God, whom he believed, the One making the dead ones live, and calling the things not being as if being, Gen. 17:5

and I have blessed her and have also given to you a son from her. Yea, I have blessed her and she shall become nations; kings of people shall be from her.

And as to Ishmael, I have heard you. Behold, I have blessed him and will make him fruitful and will multiply him exceedingly. He shall father twelve chiefs, and I will make him a great nation.

And may God Almighty bless you and make you fruitful, and add to you; and may you become an assembly of nations.

And do not think to say within yourselves, We have a father, Abraham. For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.

For even as the Father raises the dead, and makes alive, so also the Son makes alive whom He wills.

Truly, truly, I say to you that an hour is coming, and now is, when the dead ones will hear the voice of the Son of God, and the ones hearing will live.

It is the Spirit, the One making alive. The flesh does not profit, nothing! The words which I speak to you are spirit and are life.

Known to God from eternity are all His works.

Or is He the God of Jews only, and not also of the nations? Yes, of the nations also,

who beyond hope believed on hope, for him to become a father of many nations, according to what was said, “So shall your seed be.” Gen. 15:5

For if Abraham was justified by works, he has a boast, but not with God.

But if the Spirit of the One having raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, the One having raised the Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through the indwelling of His Spirit in you.

for the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of the One calling,

And God chose the low-born ones of the world, and the things beng despised, and the things not being, so that He might nullify the things being,

I charge you before God, He making all things alive, and Christ Jesus, the One witnessing the good confession to Pontius Pilate,

By faith we understand the ages to have been framed by a Word of God, so that the things being visible should not come into being out of things being seen.

By faith, Noah having been divinely warned by God about the things not yet being seen, being moved with fear, he prepared an ark for the salvation of his house; through which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness according to faith.

you who then were “not a people, but now are the people” of God; “who not having received mercy, but now receiving mercy”. Hos. 1:6, 9; 2:1, 23,

But let not this one thing escape your notice, beloved ones, that one day with the Lord is “as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” Psa. 90:4
